BATUMI ISLAND is Batumi’s first man-made island, covering more than 84 hectares. The project combines luxury resort real estate with an urban environment, creating a multifunctional destination for living, leisure and business.

PURCHASE PROCESS

Purchasing property on the Ambassadori Batumi Island man-made island under construction follows the standard stages used in Georgia, adapted to the specifics of a premium development. The process includes the following steps:
Property Selection and Reservation
Choose an apartment with the support of our managers in Russia or Georgia. A refundable deposit is paid to lock in the price and remove the property from sale.
Contract Signing
Sign the sale and purchase agreement with the developer.
Payments According to Schedule
Make payments in accordance with the contract and payment schedule.
Registration at the Public Service Hall
Register the property in your name. Only your international passport is required.
Obtaining a Residence Permit
The website states that foreign nationals purchasing property in Georgia for $100,000 or more are eligible for an investment residence permit, as well as simplified visa procedures for the EU and the United States.
